Cancellation Policy

A $25 booking fee is non-refundable if the service is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Clients are allowed a one-time rescheduling opportunity. The property owner is responsible for inspecting the area to confirm it meets their expectations. Once the cleaners have departed, they will not return to make adjustments or corrections. All services will be outlined and agreed upon prior to commencement. Any modifications or additional services may be accommodated for an extra fee. Payment is required at the time of service and is non-refundable once the service has been completed.
